This is 100% how leftists rationalize ridiculous opinions, laws and ideology.... Don't punish rapists too much or they might kill the victims... Rather than thinking.. That is a very serious deterrent... They think well let's give them a slap on the wrist, and rehabilitate them with mandatory counseling. But then what happens is the rapist gets out of prison and his counseling.... Rapes again then kills the woman so he won't have to get counseling again.

In all seriousness, I am wondering how they will ever prove whether there was "consent" or not, as it's usually just a he said-she said thing. But I suppose they will just believe the woman regardless. Even in the U.S. and with all the rape accusations that turn out to be not rape at all, we still tend to take the women never lie about sex attitude.

 

The feminist theory seems to be that women are just like men, and men always lie about sex. So how does that work? If both genders are the same (equal), then doesn't it stand to reason, in the mind of a feminist, that women would also lie about sex? Their goals are so incredibly confusing and appear to change constantly.

Here's the deal.

I don't think this law will provoke Swedish women to entrap Swedish men.

Sweden seemed to manage just fine with their sexual consent prior to the invasion and becoming the rape capitol of Europe.

This law is to add additional penalty to the muslim invaders who are raping the Swedish women and children at will.

Although I find it a pathetic attempt to deal with an increasing and very serious problem.

 

I have a question. So if a man is drunk and has sex with a woman and she does not get his consent - can the man claim he was raped ?

Just make sure you have her sign a form 11-C in front of her lawyer before you initite nuptial relations.

A lot of people miss form 12-F as you move from touching her boobs to touching her down there, that's a big no no, you don't want to rape her.

Just whatever you do make sure you have a qualified surgeon check her vaginal tract to make sure your intercourse won't tear her up. A justice of the peace needs to be present if the surgeon is male, we can't have the patriarchy teaming up with the rapist.

I am not familiar with the circumstances in Sweden but in the states I can see this coming too. First of all today's young women are much more aggressive. They call the young men non stop. They have no problem dropping the F bomb all over the place and dress like hookers. I have had high school girls stalk my sons. I have also caught 16 year old girls trying to sneak into my basement at 2 in the morning. Young girls physically fighting over a boy is not an odd occurrence anymore. There is no correlation between sex and marriage anymore either. All this aggressive behavior can give the wrong impression to some young men. In addition, due to the IPhone, the young people hardly know how to communicate with speech anymore. It is easy to see how a young man may take the cues he is receiving wrong get himself in trouble.

 

Oh yeah, that's the thing too. Marriage is regarded as like virtually nothing, so if you do something to a woman without her explicit consent, it doesn't matter that she happens to be your wife.

Sweden also doesn't have the same concept of family privacy from the government that Americans do.

 

I'd rather fly into the Pacific Oceqn than Stockholm Airport. At least I'd die in the warm tropics than the cold rigid bed of a Swedish prison cell.
