I'm content to let our sane, educated and intelligent members, especially the American ones, determine that for themselves.

Did. Iran has Hezbollah by the bollahs.

You should forgive people who only read what they are given by RT; in this case she thinks Obama guilty of "arming and supporting the 911 terrorists".

Oh yeah. You sure showed me. All you got is forgetting what I wrote and ranting on about my language skills. While you say one thing, but your sources say something else / forget what I posted so I need to repeat.

You got all the makings of a poor poster who hides behind personal attacks. lol

Disagreed. We show ourselves. It's up for others to decide for themselves. That's the difference between a democracy/republic like the West and a totalitarian state like Russia, Iran and other asshat nations.

You are constantly trying to mischaracterize the Syrian conflict in order to make rebel opposition look like "the good guys"- rebel opposition was completely dominated by Islamist extremists such as Al Qaeda and other extremist groups of the same ilk.

You ignore evidence to the contrary - including your own link - in a fit of raging denial. The reason you do this is because of most likely because the "necessary illusion" that you desperately want to cling to that the the "Establishment" is always on the side of good.

This same necessary illusion dominates your thinking in other areas - to the point where you deny that dropping large bombs on a compound is not targeting that compound and all the people inside that compound.

Last time I checked "Al Qaeda" was the group that did 911. .. and yes Obama armed and supported Al Qaeda and others groups of the same ilk in Syria. I and others have proven this to you over and over - after which - you run to the playground to stick head deep in the sandbox of denial.

No he didn't.. Why don't you read up on what took place in Syria from 2005 thru 2011? The US had NOTHING to do with that.

Given the war did not start until late 2011/early 2012 what does this have to do with 2005-2011 or the fact that Obama was arming and supporting Al Qaeda/Al Nusra and other extremist groups of the same ilk ?

    1) Prove your claim that the civil war started in Feb 2011.
    2) What does the civil war starting in early 2011 rather than later in 2011 have to do with Obama arming and supporting Al Qaeda.

Assad began shooting protesters in Feb 2011.. That's when the war began. In the previous five years they had drought, the collapse of their oil and agriculture sectors, high inflation unemployment... and Assad's promises of reforms.. By 2014 he had dropped 13,000 barrel bombs on civilians.

Protests began in Syria as early as 26 January 2011, and erupted on 15 March 2011 with a "Day of Rage" protest generally considered to mark the start of a nationwide uprising.[1] The Syrian government’s reaction to the protests became violent on 16 March, and deadly on 18 March, when four unarmed protesters and seven police were killed in Daraa.[2]

For the background of those protests, see: Background of the Syrian protests (2011).

Not "inadvertently" He knew full well where the massive amounts of arms flowing into the hands of the Syria Rebels were going.

The modern incarnation of ISIS did not exist in the early years of the war. You had extremist groups like the Islamic Front and numerous others band together - along with foreign fighters - in 2013 to form an "Islamic State" IS - ISIL - the modern incarnation of ISIS

When ISIS went off its leash in 2014 and went into Iraq things got complicated. This necessitated Obama's "Moderate Rebel Lie"

Rand Paul summed it up in an interview on CNN's Sunday morning program "State of the Union"

This article gets into some more specific details.

the terrorists of 911 would look at what is happening today based on there simple stealing of a few planes and be happy, we over-reacted and it has cost us dearly, more then the initial attackers ever could have ever dreamed, Bush messed up, can we ever recover? with enough time, probably, but it wont be easy

ISIS came out of Iraq.. They were formerly Baathist military for Saddam. How exactly was Obama "arming" them?

If Iran was actually to block Hormuz ... I think chances for war are good. Perhaps led by Saudi Arabia with US support.

Not the modern incarnation of ISIS but who cares. What does this have to do with Obama arming Al Qaeda.

As usual on this topic you are deflecting and throwing out red herring fallacies.
