The more I think about it, and the more I hear about conditions south of the border, the more I think that the wall is not nearly enough. One of these days we are just going to have to point our military in that direction and turn them loose. The situation down there is outside the capacity of normal law enforcement; it is a war, it is spilling over into our country, and the people of those countries have no will or ability to fight it.

You can't have drugs like that legal on any street corner, especially in a country with a 330 million population. Legalizing something like that over here will only increase the number of addicts. Plus it opens a can of worms that we don't need to be within 10,000 miles of. If anything, cut out the jail time for a joint and focus on the bigger things.

You can't take a problem you've been fighting for years and throw your hands up and be done with it. I'd rather see an anti-drug militia form and start killing all the drug cartels. Good vs bad, cops wouldn't even have to intervene. All members totally voluntary and understand the risk they're taking.
