    "U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison pushed back Friday against allegations of domestic abuse, saying his accuser fabricated the story about him.

    The Minnesota Democrat also dismissed a medical record that named him as the abuser, but said he can’t be sure more people won’t “cook up” allegations against him"

    Or does a Black, liberal, Muslim Democrat get a free pass? Al Fraken was only a white. liberal Democrat so he wasn't really a protected ********.

    Well the democrats are turning against him it seems, he won't be there much longer.

    Does anyone else find it odd that around 90% of these guys getting caught are liberals?

    Just another example of progressive double standard. If there were this level of evidence against a conservative politician, CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of them would be stuck in a loop. Toxic masculinity this, rape culture that...

    But since there's a conservative of consequence with weak nebulous accusations being made against him, that's what we're focusing on.

    I'll commend you for being consistent. Scum is scum. Now, we can all agree that we'd prefer to see evidence before we drag these people to congressional meetings. Or to delay votes.

    I would have preferred if they had just stuck to political opposition to Kavanaugh. Seriously, who would've thought Spartacus would be a minor thing in hindsight?

    This is not the first time that Ellison has been accused of domestic abuse. Of course, the claims should be taken seriously, and the truth exposed.

    Running for state attorney general may not have the national import and consequence of seeking a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, and not draw the same attention, but the electorate in Minnesota deserves to know the truth.

    Sen. Mazie Hirono addressed the claims in an interview with CNN.

    The Hawaii Democrat has been one of the toughest critics of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who's been accused of sexual misconduct by two women...

    Hirono said she believes there should be a probe into the claims.

    "I have been very clear that I make no excuses for anybody who engages in this kind of behavior,"     she said. "And, as far as Keith Ellison, these allegations need to be investigated, and appropriate action taken."

    Lynne Stewart didn’t just represent terrorists. She herself supported terrorism. She went to prison for it.

    Keith Ellison's former wife just appeared on WCCO Channel 4 - Minneapolis TV. She said there never was one incident of domestic violence between her and Ellison during their marriage. Their divorce papers have been disclosed and are now a matter of public record.
