    AGain the FBI only gathers data it doesnt actually look into things to see if they are true or not.
    Thats the simple fact, you can repeat that the FBI looked into this thats simply not true.

    kavanaugh for example already lied several times.

    She has nothing to gain, kavanaugh is the one that by lying has everything to gain.

    51 Senators, including two republicans are not satisfied with anything that has happened with respect to the investigations of these charges in lieu of an independent FBI investigation. Take it up with them. I think they understand the limitations of what they have received, on which to advise and consent to this nominee better than you do. I have said all week long that the votes were not going to be there without an independent FBI look at these allegations. It turns out that I can count votes.

    They are not 'expert' enough to supply what 51 Senators claim to need in order to advise and consent to this nominee. Those are the real experts, Robert.

    Why didnt she speak up when he was appointed a federal judge? Not enough $$ in it then?

    I have no doubt she believes something happened to her. Judge Kavanaugh says it wasnt him. Its likely she put his face on her memory to get her 15 min of fame.

    I have no doubt that Kavanough does not remember doing this, and does not think he is capable of doing this. But sober adult Kavanaugh may not know drunk youth Kavanaugh as well as he thinks he does.

    See both of us can do this.

    Funny listening to Repubs complain about stalling after Garland and talking about how despicable the Left is while wanting to just completely ignore three sexual assault claims and put a guy on the Supreme Court.

    I don't know if Kavanaugh did anything wrong. Neither do you, you weren't there. That's what investigations are for and if Trump could have gotten his guy on to the bench while ignoring the possibility that this guy is a scumbag, he would have.

    Lot of hypocrisy getting thrown around in here.

    I disagree. Dr. Jekyll new exactly what he was capable of doing as Mr. Hyde. Kavanaugh could not have gone thru this period without some telltale signs of what he was doing. And even if he had blackouts, someone else would have told him. My point is that he would have knowledge of things he did even if he could not recall doing them so he is lying when he plays dumb.
