    No lady/woman that I have ever dated knew how to cook. Not even how to make coffee without a coffee maker.

    I have always done all the cooking. Many of my buddies from school do the same.

    Gmornin dog paddlers. STILL raining and got home last night to a roof leak right over the kitchen light. Just like in the movies the light globes filled with water. Add that to the fact my heating unit isnt working and Id say the blush is off owning a house. *grumble*

    Should be a manual somewhere nearby the furnace that has a trouble shooting flow chart. Might save you a few bucks on a repair man. Nothing overly complex in a furnace.

    Call the man is my philosophy. Same people replaced the thermostat couple of yrs ago.

    Also dealing with State Farm for roof leak. Oh happy Tuesday!

    The mrs. do the majority of the cooking, I wash the dishes. Though as of a year ago, I started to pick up some cooking so I can feed the kids when the mrs. isn't home. You should try chicken marsala. It goes great with some pasta....and wine.

    You do have a carbon monoxide detector don't you? If not get one right away before you fire up your furnace. Carbon monoxide is not fun and it isn't painless.
