I was complaining about a dr asking me for $20 and he explained that he has so much paper work and so low payment from insurance com.s that he has to charge me something to to stay in business [ this was 20 years] .

It's as if you're in jail yourself, vomiting all over, and can't see the medical attention you need, suffer for hours on end, to than get help too late and die.
