If Nancy refuses to open the Govt, and refuses to have a SOTU...the President should seek plans to do it somewhere else. Nothing requires it to be done at the House.

The Dems since taking the House have refused to compromise on legislation, causing the longest shut down in history, they proposed legislation to undo the basic foundation of our Republic, amending the Constitution to remove the EC, and now want to cancel the SOTU, another Constitutional provision. It's clear they want to fundamentally undo our Constitution and our nation. They are the biggest threat to our Republic

First it’s more than just Nancy who closed the government. Compromise as in give President Trump what he wants or else? That’s not called compromise. The EC is not a fundamental foundation of our republic. Heck we didn’t even vote as citizens at first. The state legislature selects the President.

And last Nancy never once tried to cancel the SOTU.

 

No, not give the President or else...he's tried to meet with Dem leadership...and he's offered a compromise piece of legislation, that gives Dems many things they have claimed ot have wanted.

The EC is fundamental to the Republic. Each State has a say in who is elected President. Of course we voted as Citizens...the State Legislatures (one who we vote for) Never voted for the President..Art II is clear the Electors vote the Electors are selected in a manner the State Legislature (again who citizens vote for) select.
