First off, someone needs to teach #45 what racism is, because what Jussie may or may have not done wasn’t that. Not to mention, Trump is the same man that retweeted anti-Muslim videos from a white supremacist, called NFL players “son of a bitch” for kneeling during the National Anthem, called for private citizens such as Jemele Hill to lose her job and called Congresswoman Frederica Wilson a liar. He has routinely called African-Americans who don’t support him “low-Q individuals,” Mexicans “rapists” and Muslims “terrorists” all while saying there are some “very fine” white supremacists and Nazis.

Because as a whole we are a gullible people. Social media has made this plain as day. We are quick to believe what we want to believe. What actually happened is not important, what we wish happened has already been taken to heart and accepted. There is no going back. 80% of our information is social media driven. Social media is 90% emotion driven reaction with little or no factual basis. Since we gravitate to what we want to believe we only feed from one side of the story. If that side turns out to be not true we still find ways to reject or make excuses for the truth because we can't bare the thought of being wrong. For many we have repeated our disbelief so many times that we refuse to even look at the truth and convince ourselves that facts are just wrong.

We follow our political preferences with a religious like zeal. If we continue on this course there will be a reckoning that will be unpleasant for all.
