A large percentage of the homeless in San Fran, Seattle, etc... aren’t originally from those cities. Many of them travelled to those cities from hundreds, even thousands, of miles away for the sole reason that they are good places to be a bum.

It’s funny how poor people can go a thousand miles to be a happier bum, but it’s impossible that any poor person could move in order to better themselves and be more productive.
