That would need to be adressed obviously. What's with you guys anyways? My quoted statement is clearly referencing abortion providers.
That's a bridge to cross when (and if) we get there. I'd rather address whatever issues may arise as a result of that than pretending I don't care about the wholesale extermination of inconvenient life.
The state legislature might be, the citizens here are just as surprised this was bought up and passed. This is as much a result of the expansion of abortion by the pro-abortion to the point now that the left is talking killing BORN babies. I don't know what reaction to this even more liberalization of abortion the left expected but Alabama is not alone in this. As I said the main goal is to get a case going up through the courts to the SCOTUS. RvW is BAD law, it was BADLY written and without a basis in the Constitution. And even if it it overturned that merely sends the issue back to the states and the people.
Abortion is a dangerous process, even in the best circumstances. Because abortion always results in at least one death.
What right to privacy do I have? My tax return information? Some of my most private information that I have to turn over to the government?
Sure. Of course not. It wasn't her fault. What kind of stupid question was that? Of course not. What kind of stupid question was that?
For sure. This is most likely an extreme response to an extreme on the other end of the spectrum. The slippery slope is here. The pro-choice crowd was given an inch, they went a mile.
If the pro-abortion side would accept a defunding of Planned Parenthood and any other abortion provider, a ban on elective abortion after say the 22 month except imminent danger to the mother's life and stop with the liberalization abortion would not be an issue at all.
I have a Masters in Computer Engineering and retired 11 years ago. But your objection to science is not rational.
Good. Consider your viewpoint to be irrelevant since there is no one calling for the wholesale extermination of inconvenient life and there will never be a wholesale extermination of inconvenient life. Even The Measles weren't exterminated. So you would do much better to discuss this without going extreme nutzoid on it.
You can claim the baby for the year in which is it born so if the baby is born Dec. 31st 2019 at 11:59PM the baby can be claimed for tax year 2019. If born January 1st 2020 at 12:01AM the baby will be claimed for 2020. Of course the medical expenses while pregnant can be deductible if they meet the % of income requirement. What dependent expenses does the baby have while still in the womb? Haven't women been prosecuted for abuse of drugs and/or alcohol which have harmed or killed the baby? Is it illegal for me to transport someone to Colorado to smoke marijuana? Would you support such a law?
Yes, that is included in your right to privacy. No, you are not the President and thus my answer to you does not apply to Trump.
How many abortions per year, and what percentage of those have nothing to do with the health of the mother or the developing baby?
Women of child-bearing age are stupid if they stay in Alabama. And so are doctors. Alabama has never been a leader in pushing for civil and human rights. And it is not doing so in this case. The way things are going America will soon be the most oppressive country on Earth. Freedom is dying.
Food, water, medical supplies, baby supplies - Almost the exact same expenses as those which exist after the baby is born. So yes, you think women should be investigated and potentially prosecuted when a child is spontaneously aborted. I do not think it should be illegal, but then smoking marijuana is not likely to create the same zealous reaction as an abortion will for a prosecutor. Do you support such a law?
All the abortions conducted have something to do with the health of the mother and the developing fetus.
not pushing human rights? the unborn are human and the most fundamental human right is the right to life
You can make a gun in ten minutes or less. If they ban abortions you can step in front of a large speeding truck. The dummies will pass a law soon that says that every sex act must result in a pregnancy.
So the real plan is to conduct pregnancy tests every time a woman has sex. That is being the ultimate control freak.
you are so full of crap as usual Reasons U.S. Women Have Abortions: Quantitative and Qualitative Perspectives The reasons most frequently cited were that having a child would interfere with a woman’s education, work or ability to care for dependents (74%); that she could not afford a baby now (73%); and that she did not want to be a single mother or was having relationship problems (48%). Nearly four in 10 women said they had completed their childbearing, and almost one-third were not ready to have a child. Fewer than 1% said their parents’ or partners’ desire for them to have an abortion was the most important reason. Younger women often reported that they were unprepared for the transition to motherhood, while older women regularly cited their responsibility to dependents. https://www.guttmacher.org/sites/default/files/pdfs/journals/3711005.pdf only 12% says its for health reasons
how many women go for an abortion not knowing they are pregnant or not your argument has progressed to the absolute absurd
