As it stands, if you are not married to the woman and she has the baby she has the right to refuse to let the father put his name on the birth certificate, then take the baby and refuse to let him see it, then even if its proven with DNA that he is the father he then needs to fight in court to get even equal custody.

But these are the laws the "pro choice" support, 100% rights for the mother 0% rights for the father, want to be part of your babies life **** off you need permission from the mother for that!

 

You should go have a child with a woman that wants to carry your offspring, not force a woman to do so. Anyone with morals would take the fathers wishes into account and at-least talk about it with them. If for example its just not wanting to be a parent not, not wanting to carry a pregnancy that is the worst thing for them, let them say I will give full responsibility of the baby over.
