Yes, that was the common perception when the term bisexual was coined. Words don’t necessarily define reality though, especially not by literal etymological terms.
Don't worry if you are a Christian regardless of how many there are they were all created by the same God!!!
Just skip to the end. Every person is uniquely gendered so their name or other unique identifier is inclusive of their unique identity, including their gender... and now we've arrived at individualism. If you want to refer to a person's individual identity/gender/personality/etc., use their name. Alternatively, descriptive characteristics can be used to refer to a person, like that redhead, the tall one, the light skinned one, the ugly one, the pretty one, the one with a biological "inny" (she), the one with a biological "outie" (he)... and we're back to the basic set of binary pronouns.
So LBGTQ leftists want to be considered as individuals? But the entire COLLECTIVIST philosophy is based on identity politics and group rights. They abhor the INDIVIDUALIST philosophy of conservatives and libertarians.
The left is obsessed with labels. Apparently, they can use "queer", but we can't. Just another liberal double standard. I still say queer.
This was just my analysis of where the "logic" of a unique gender for every person leads. Maybe they're going this way because they hate individualism but want to be individuals.
Actually the correct alphabet sequence is, LGBTTQQIAAP (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, ally, pansexual) Get woke.
The B stands for bisexual. Sexual in this regard refers to sex not sexual identity or sexuality. So it implies there are only two sexes. Since gender is the expression of one's sex there can only be two genders or a blend thereof. So it's still binary. As far as the non-binary gender identities go that would have to see evidence that there is a such thing as a non-binary gender. How someone could express a gender that is neither male or female. it is not enough that they express something that is ambiguous ambiguity between two things still exists within the paradigm of two things. So the concept of a gender outside of masculine or feminine is something I don't think human beings can quantify.
It shows that there is an underlying flaw in their thinking. When you work from a false premise, things start to go wrong very quickly. The left is quite good at dealing with this stuff on the fly, so it's not going to phase them. The one I find most amusing is how the transvestites employ so many of the stereotypes that they are supposedly against. So you end up with Bruce Gender wearing a dress with pumps, changing his name to something much more feminine than Bruce. Or those boys whose parents say they are girls, so the first thing they do is grow their hair long, wear pink dresses and makeup, and play with barbie dolls. Yet, in the same breath, they will tell you that the stereotype of a guy having a penis and a girl having a vagina is so last century.
