What has to be a major worriment for Republicans is that American businesses reflect the mores/ values of the Democratic party. Day by day Republican groups/ individuals are either banned on social media or ridiculed on the air. It's very telling that programs like Stephen Colbert's Late Show on CBS never experience anger/ cancellations by American corporations compared to Fox News programs.

It is Republicans against Americans in our nation. Trump has chained that albatross around the necks of Republicans.

Colbert is normally pretty damn funny without being ridiculously offensive... Fox News is also pretty damn funny, but completely offensive...

    Whomp, there it is...

My kid won't start his day without watching the previous nights Colbert on DVD....

Nike uses slave labor. The left has been screeching about offshore shoe business for years that is until they came out of the closet and figured out who in the market to whom they should pander.

If I were a Nike shareholder I would be mad as hell about the money wasted on the design and manufacturing of these shoes, only to have them scrapped because some attention-whoring self-proclaimed "activist" got his panties in a twist at the sight of the flag. (As if we didn't already know Colin K has issues with the flag.) What the heck, is Colin running Nike now?

Too bad I already boycotted Nike when they used CK in their advertising, or I'd boycott them again.

The upside is that when I needed new running shoes after Nike's stunt, I tried New Balance, and I like them 10x more than my old Nikes anyhow. Go figure. Maybe I should send Nike a thank you card for turning me on to New Balance by endorsing Colin K :p

I saw that. I think he cut their subsidies, or something like that. Good for him.

Yeah but Colbert is just one among dozens of TV personalities who roast Trump daily. In-fact all late night TV comedians open their shows mocking Trump. What major celebrity on TV defends Trump? To praise this Republican president triggers immediate ridicule. This rejection of the GOP is a major concern for people like Romney/ Bush family/ McCain family. As I write I am watching Nicolle Wallace and Michael Steele [MSNBC] laugh over Trump's absurd interview comments to Tucker Carlson yesterday. These Republicans abhor the yellow hair mussolini in our White House.

It makes me wonder if this is about cultural sensitivity or if it's about how much control Colin Kaepernick have over Nike.

It shows that Kaepernick was never interested in police brutality, he's interested in hating America.

    Kaepernick is an anti-American loon.

He’s scared of his own shadow.

Well I think he is interested in becoming famous he couldn't do it as a ball player, didn't have the talent. So he moves to something that requires no talent.

I'm not a fan of wearing clothing made out of flags. I think it's disrespectful of our flag.

Kaepernick's objection comes from hate. Screw him.

Russian head lice no doubt but the question is if Trump is also infected with pubic lice because of his nasty sex practices with whores.

As an autonomous American business, Nike can do whatever they want. Maybe Republicans will have to settle for discount priced tennis shoes from China.

Conservatives aren’t petty and we don’t seek to silence the opposition.

Democrats are petulant children and don’t want to hear opposing points of view.

Why don’t we just get it over with.......take down every statue, mural or memorial dedicated to a White person and replace them with depictions of Che Guevara, Malcolm X, and Barack Obama. Then round up all the existing White folks and send them off to death camps...........problem solved
