Only someone who is brooding would need to console themselves with the fictional belief that "Obama completed two popularly-elected terms with 60% approval".

 

Trump is a little better than even money right now which is pretty bad for an incumbent. All of the investigations on Hillary Clinton drove her numbers down just like the GOP congress hoped for leading up to the last election. The final straw was Comeys report that the investigation into her emails had reopened 10 days before the election. Shortly thereafter Trump became the slight betting favorite the weekend before the election.

The Democrats would be guilty of malpractice if they didn’t keep investigating away leading up to the election. Timing is everything. Trump’s constant whining will only cause his base to whine along with him and won’t win him any new voters It should be interesting though, as Trump has already pulled two rabbits out of his ass in the primaries and the general in 2016 against long extremely long odds. Also, The Democrats are famous for shooting themselves in the foot and snatching defeat out of the mouth of victory. Should be a real barn burner.

I really don't think we should take advice from one of the most committed Trumpers on the board, thanks anyway, but I do agree you won because we let you in 3 ways

A. We stayed home, confident that not that many people would be stupid enough to vote for Trump. Trumpers showed us, didn't they?
B. Quite a few of us actually listened to the anti-Hillary calumny. ( Dr Goebbels's Ghost must have special place in its ectoplasmic heart for the modern Republican Party.) It made us not vote for Hillary but "make a statement", not realizing that statement would be MAGA.
C. The pubs cheated

And even with all that they still only won by a technical fluke.

 

Let's examine "the most intelligent response the alt left radicals" have to offer, shall we?

A. Why did you stay home? It's an election, the point is to walk your self to the polls, even if you are unemployed... That fault doesn't lie on a party, that lies on the person who doesn't care for their country. Which as you claim, is yourself.
B. At least in this section you understand (to a VERY small percentage) how divided your party is. You still haven't yet got the intellect to see how ACTUALLY divided it is, but history is best seen 20 years from the present.
C. If Russia forced you to stay home instead of vote (which every American of age should do), then once again, it says A LOT about your intellect.
