1. The economy, may be dipping but should recover in time, Trumps tariffs are very popular with his base. 2. Weakness of the DNC candidate, looks like Joe Biden who comes across as a doddering and slightly handsy old uncle, there just isn't the charismatic Bill Clinton/Barack Obama figure to inspire DNC voters. 3. The excesses of the left wing scaring away floating voters, every time the 'Squad' open their mouths they alienate vast swathes of the electorate. 4. Demographics/electoral college, the DNC win cities by big margins but loses the rural voters and the states due to electoral college. 5. Other?
Ultimately, if Trump wins re-election, it will be attributable to the Democrat Party turning into a radical, rabid party of hyperliberal extremes, based on economic concepts spawned by idiots, and scientific theories that are faulty, to say the least! These traits will be prominent in their candidates who will be sent out to defeat Trump, but, even as dumbed-down as we have become in the past forty years, Americans are still smarter than to believe in their 'hippie-dip' nonsense. Trump never was "my guy", but myself, and millions of others 'in the middle' will vote for him again rather than see one of those idiot-fringe, hyperliberal morons take the country over and send us down into a bottomless abyss from which we will NEVER recover again....
And I think that speaks volumes, many lefties decry Trump supporters and say they've been duped but the truth is they see him for the deeply flawed man he is. It's just the alternative is so catastrophic.
https://www.realclearpolitics.com/v..._in_trump_probe_will_be_damning_and_ugly.html Probably because of these scoundrels.
Can't predict who will win the 2020 election however if President Trumps is voted in again it will be due to a number of factors, some, but not all, listed in no particular order below. President Trump wins reelection if the voting majority of the Electorate recognizes; *.) the economy and why it is humming along, despite President Obama's (quitter's) declaration that America's best economic days were over, get used to it and the hypocrisy of Dems claiming the Trump policy directed economic recovery is really the result of President Obama's lackluster economic, anti-business, anti-American agenda/policies. *.) taking foreign powers to task for unfair trade deals and theft of American intellectual property. *.) and appreciates low unemployment, good paying job creation and return of American manufacturing (all are tied to our National Security). *.) Strong Military/National Defense. *.) that President Trump personally recognizes the specific value of our individual Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Coast Guardsman and MARINES and their contribution to our Nation. *.) that the Democratic candidates are against the rule of law (the Constitution is the enemy), independent Americans and self determination. *.) that the Democratic party leadership is a socialist/communist light organization for now, but seething just below the surface, on track to becoming full fledged communists. Count another domestic enemy within our American borders. *.) that American citizens firearm confiscation is the goal and the 2A the target of the Democrats who take every opportunity to attack the 2A and not address the root causes/motivations of violent/mentally ill people (not violent guns-firearms are nothing more than tools and do not have the wherewithal to discharge themselves or target human beings). *.) the reduction of millions and millions of American citizens who are no longer dependent on food stamps. *.) that President Trump is determined to deliver on campaign promises/objectives. *.) that the Democratic leadership is more concerned with obstructionism than the business of the People. *.) remembers the Democrats passing on taking the President Trump Dreamer+ (1.8 million vs. 600,000 recipients) solution and keeping this issue perpetually unresolved. *.) finally after decades of previous Presidents faltering President Trump recognizes Jerusalem as Israel's capitol city and moving the USA embassy to the capitol city. *.) that President Trump is a problem solver not a politician. *.) though there are no "perfect" candidates and President Trump has personal (communicative) shortcomings (who doesn't?) he is the best choice considering the current candidates seeking the Presidential Office of the United States of America. Just my opinion. There could be more but I must get to work.
I voted the economy. Even if it tanks, its clear that he's trying to make it better. Though I almost voted other because just as important as the economy is, he clearly respects Americana, and thats something a lot of voters have been looking for for a long time. Civic Nationalism in this globalist atmosphere is like water in the desert. It sells itself.
Trump Supporters shouldn't be counting chickens early. After what happened in 2016, either party would be foolish to take anything for granted. I think a better "Poll Question" would be: "WHY Will Trump LOSE the 2020 Election?".
True...... President Trump has got this!!!! We Canadians may make some serious progress in our October 21, 2019 federal election in breaking Canadians and Americans out from the zombie like addiction to Mr. Al Gore's idea of a Carbon Tax. The idea of large scale desalination of ocean water in Israel, California, Australia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco and other nations is really starting to be taken seriously as an alternative way to stabilize the climate. Incidentally Mr. Maxime Bernier is the closes that Canada's has to being our Donald Trump... and Mr. Andrew Scheer is somewhat conservative...... .sort of..... This same question is relevant to Anchorage Alaska but obviously to New Orleans, Miami, New York, New Jersey and many other cities as well...... The Greenland 2019 melt and forcing M. P. Andrew Scheer and M. P. Bernier to cooperate? http://www.politicalforum.com/index...illion-dollar-problem.525406/#post-1068713597 A Carbon Tax is basically a JOKE played on an ignorant population. Canada produces less than two percent of global atmospheric greenhouse gas emissions...... .so our spending billions of dollars on a hairball Carbon TAx would do ESSENTIALLY NOTHING toward protecting the Bay of Fundy real estate from the possible threat of rising ocean levels!
1. The economy continues to soften and will not recover in time, Trumps tariffs are unpopular with the majority of Americans. 2. The strength of the DNC candidate, with Joe Biden who appears healthy and strong, is charismatic enough to make Trump look like a stuttering old uncle who is losing his mind. DNC voters are inspired by the field. 3. The excesses of the right wing scares away voters every time it opens its collective mouth. 4. The Demographics favor the blue and will overwhelm the EC this time.
1. The economy, we'll see 2. Which Joe Biden are YOU looking at? 3. Which excesses exactly? 4. Which demographics? An ageing population and fewer kids favours the GOP.
Me too. And I am shocked and horrified that there have been 3 Democratic Presidential debates, and they have pretty much not mentioned the economy. They've all given up. They're saying to the electorate, forget a good economy, getting good jobs at good wages. Just expect more handouts from the government until we become Venezuela.
1. The economy continues to soften with money chasing oil and security bundles 2. Joe Biden, Democratic leader, eventual candidate and winner in the 2020 elections 3. So many to choose from 4. A bigger millennial and genx voting group as the boomers die off
I agree with everything you mention -- except the popularity (going forward) of Trump with an aging population. He's been raising holy hell all year long to force the Federal Reserve to CUT interest rates, even though the interest rates are still considerably short of what they NEED to be to build robust growth and start to really pare-down the monstrous "balance sheet" the Fed stacked up to 5 trillion bucks bailing out the "too-big-to-fail" crowd ten years ago. Consider: A lot of sensible, thinking, responsible people haven't gone rushing into the stock market (where Trump wants them herded into, apparently). They have put their money into SAVINGS ACCOUNTS... and just when they were starting to be able to get some earnings from that, what happens? Trump jerks the rug out from under this "aging population"! Then further consider: there hasn't been anything approaching a decent increase in the COLA (cost of living) increase for Social Security recipients in TEN YEARS! In three of those years, there wasn't an increase AT ALL, even though the cost of living has definitely risen during that time. One of these days, some Democrat is going to wake up and focus on that instead of horseshit like humans causing 'global warming' and then Trump is very likely to lose the next election. "Hey, I'm a Democrat, and if I'm elected, I'm going to really increase Social Security payouts for the first time in ten years!" You think that won't attract the attention of 70,000,000 Baby Boomers?! No, I'm not happy at that prospect, but when it's so OBVIOUS that all he cares about is jambing more and more people into the stock market 'casinos' and to hell with everybody else, it's just a matter of time before some smart Democrat pulls his head out of his ass and then -- presto! -- we'll have some Socialist in office in January 2021....
Trump will win in spite of his character flaws because he is much nearer to traditional American values than the other candidates whose philosophies are too greatly aligned with communist and socialist countries. Trump represents the individual or rugged individualism, while his competitors represent the collective. As such, Trump exemplifies work, sacrifice, faith, never giving up, and personal success. He is also a strong supporter of the military, law enforcement, secure borders and national sovereignty. In short, Trump represents freedom and a country made strong from within by a strong people. As President, Trump has done a good job and made us a better country. These are some of the reasons why he should be re elected.
Okaaay Are we talking of the same person? The man who went bankrupt so many times that only a money laundering dirty dealing bank would lend him any money? The man who scammed people with a fake University? The man who is no longer allowed to run a charity because he kept raiding it for his own gain? The one that has had three wives and cheated on all of them? Boated about ***** grabbing, hung around with a paedophile, and paid hush money to a porn star? The man who would not know what was in the bible if you converted it to cartoons and read it to him? The man who has golfed every weekend since elected?
Just Admit It, Democrats: You Want to Lose Next Year. A party controlled by its fringe elements, preferring purity over victory.
Just admit it, Republicans. You know you will lose next year. A party controlled by the likes of the Trumpers can't win in 2020.
1. He never went personally bankrupt. He had six corporate chapter 11's to reorganize. They were all legal and above board. That said, 750,000 Americans declare bankruptcy every year. 2. They were real estate seminars. Most were satisfied. Some weren't and sued. He settled because he was running for office. 3. His charity gave twenty million dollars to 700 different charities. He dissolved it while President. 4. I don't know if he cheated on his wives or they on him or both. At least he married the Mothers of his children and raised them all to be law abiding, educated, hard working, polite, contributing members of society. They all appear to love and respect their Father. Even Hillary Clinton spoke well of Trumps children. As for "grabbing *****, it's pretty clear that was off the record, over the top rhetoric designed to bowl over the other guy. It was joking in private, which wasn't meant to be repeated or heard by anyone else. Blame the leftwing media for airing/repeating it ad nauseam. 5. Who cares about his bible knowledge? He isn't running for sainthood. Besides, it's the ones who quote scripture that you need to beware of. 6. So he golfs. Big deal. He's a billionaire in his seventies. I'd say he has earned the right to leisure pursuits. I live in Florida where it seems that every other subdivision has a golf course. It's the thing to do. They actually have used golf cart lots here. Not to mention the golf cart customization shops. It's crazy how big golfing is in Florida.
Like what? Not racing to have new stupid wars that have nothing to do with us? Not a mediocre economy mired in heavy taxes and regulations strangling growth? Less interest in grievance politics and more in allowing liberty to result in a greater meritocracy where people are encouraged to grow to be the best versions of themselves that they can be rather than wait for government to give them preferences and handouts? If Americans realize the Democratic party alternative to Trump is poverty and grievances, I cannot see how they win. Thankfully.
