Trump threatened the Constitution by refusing to cooperate with Congressional oversight. There is but one remedy for an out-of-control President: impeachment.
If they had any righteousness to their claims, they would take a vote...but they don't want the public to hear the truth. It has been a desire and scam since President Trump was elected. And out of the "impeachment trial" we will get to the bottom of the "Deep State", it's efforts, and Americans will gain the fortitude to prosecute them!

Token, meaningless, unnecessary votes need not precede the critical vote that will be decided by the evidence that is exposed during the impeachment inquiry that most Americans support.

Limited how? I would think getting more money from the government than you paid in, in addition to other assistance programs, should be helpful to most people. I don't depend on other people for my support. Not raised that way, and not likely to change any time soon. The kind where you actually receive CARE, treatment, not paying for a front loaded payment mechanism that people may or may not actually receive medical attention. No, and I don't see where that would even be applicable. Why do you believe that other people should be fully responsible for other people's lives? Why do you feel other people should have to pay for programs YOU deem necessary?

A Partisan hearing is token and meaningless. Dems can declare themselves and stand up to their constituency. Republicans will have the right to subpoena as well. We can cross examine partisan witnesses. Is that threatening to you?
What new evidence? The transcript was already given. Are you saying there were more phone calls? If not, then what are you talking about?
Well, we know Rudy was running around like chicken with it's head cut off. I would like to see some of what he was doing. Some of that is known by the diplomats Trump is blocking from testifying. That's just the first that comes to mind. I'd also like some more info on what was going on between the hold on the money and arms and the phone call. Of course the graft around the Trump administration and Ukraine is amusing.
That's fine. I don't use Medicare or collect Social Security. But that's not reason to end these programs for other people. You reject healthcare insurance? So, your idea of helping poor people is giving them a tax free savings account? No vouchers to help people pay for educating their children? How is a young couple supposed to educate their children? If we don't educate our future workforce, we won't have a future as a country. We've failed to educate people in the inner cities with predictable results.
