    Yes that was a problem that Thomas Sowell and Walt Williams also experienced-despite being brilliant-others assumed they got where they did because of affirmative action and other liberal race quotas.

    They had to work twice as hard to prove themselves-and they did.

    Thomas just said that people — even if they are misguided by some people’s opinion — attempting to help others by making sure there is less food, housing or income insecurity are a bigger threat than a group that use to bind peoples legs and drag them behind vehicles until their skin flayed off.

    If anything, it proves what we have today masquerading as conservatism is a mental illness divorced from reality.

    He's saying that the "klansmen" boogie man hasn't been anywhere nearly as destructive to blacks as liberals who are "there to help".

    Liberals have completely destroyed black families he says.
