    So is the thought that the R's would be STOOOOPID enough to call Joe Biden as a WITNESS to the impeachment trial...

    Seriously... I actually saw a Trump tweet in passing where he mentioned Pelosi could be a witness

    Asking for the WB as a witness is at least in the parking lot of the ballpark of reality, although I suspect that will not happen either.

    Motive, you mean trump threatening foreign aid if they didn’t look into a single instance of possible corruption? Right before an election? And ignoring legal avenues to do so?

    Is the DOJ investigating Biden? I don't have a problem with that - provided the investigation is started by the book and is NOT an instruction from the president to politicize the DOJ to use it for his own political purposes.

    Maybe from the dark recesses of your partisan-infected mind, sure, so you can get more sounds bites that Biden is afraid of something or other.

    But back on planet earth, people see Biden is not a witness to anything that will be in any of the articles.

    If this was a public investigation by Congress into something or other, Biden could potentially be called to testify to something and then create more fund raising sound bites for ya because he said something....

    You know that the actions Biden took were related to another country - right?
    And so asking that country to coordinate in an investigation of those actions is not only proper, but in accordance with our treaty with that country - right?

    I agree, they should open an investigation into that. During murder trials they look at the case and the facts surrounding that case, they do not bring people in to testify about the bank robbery happening across the street.
