    Nope... we'll claim absolute immunity against all subpoenas... seems to be all the rage and it works like a charm for a really long time.

    But you do understand Joe was responding to a VOLUNTARY request, correct?

    But it will never get to either point... Roberts won't allow it as being not relevant to the proceedings at hand...

    Trump didn't attempt to extort anything.

    On the other hand, Biden attempted did hold up aid to Ukraine until Ukraine fired a prosecutor who was investigating Hunder Biden's company. It's all on video. Watch it.

    The Democrats could have easily turned to the Judiciary to see if their subpoenas were Constitutional and they refused to do so. Why? Because they knew they were 100% out of line.

    Joe Biden can say what he wants. The Republicans can turn to the judiciary and enforce the subpoenas. An inquiry by the House of Representatives that was backed by NO VOTE is not the same as a trial by the U.S. Senate that is backed by a vote. Joe Biden will get smashed and it's about time.

    The trial is not about what Biden did or didn’t do, it is about what trump did.
    Roberts is already indicating that he will not let the trial become partisan so y’all are probably out of luck. Mitch has no power here.

    Whatever Biden did or didn't do is irrelevant to what Trump did. So not relevant to Trump's impeachment.

    It might be relevant for another enquiry - go ahead. But not relevant to this.

    And yes, all the evidence so far says that Trump DID attempt to extort something out of Ukraine.
