    Yes, the FISA rules are clear, applications must be based on verified information, the Deep State was asking for favorable rulings after their own internal communications said the dossier wasn't reliable. That is conspiracy, and misleading the FISA court is itself obstruction of justice.

    Keep believing that's why your party lost last time, it will make Trump's next win easier. Funny, if Trump is pro-Putin, why is he arming Ukraine as opposed to sending them blankets like Obama? Trump's energy policies making us energy independent is putting a world of hurt on Putin, who is dependent on high energy prices.

    What's different here is that the RWers who raised objections to certain parts of the Patriot Act because they knew some slimeball like Obama would abuse it haven't changed their position while LWers are making lame and unconvincing excuses for the Obama-Clinton crime family and their Derp State insurance agents.

    Because Congress gave him no choice. Go back to the 2016 Republican Convention. Cruz added a Platform amendment calling for "lethal weapons" for Ukraine. The Trump campaign took it out at the last minute. Also...the most lethal weapon aid is the Javelin anti-tank weapon. But there are restrictions on its use...none are allowed in the front line positions and they are to be used only defensively, in case of an all-out Russian assault beyond the present disputed areas.
    On energy policy...Tillerson was originally brought in as Secretary of State to complete the Exxon-Mobile/Russian Arctic deal worth half a trillion dollars and blocked by sanctions imposed by the Obama administration following the Ukraine crisis. Mueller spoiled that and the sanctions remain. IMO, Trump wants a new OPEC type cartel WITH the Russians and the Saudis in order to control global oil prices and force energy importers to devote more of their GDP toward energy costs and away from military and domestic development.
