Another mass shooting has occurred wherein the suspect isn't white and can't be tied to Trump, Republicans, the NRA, or white supremacy. Sure, CNN is reporting it, save for suspects identity... dog bites man I guess, no political value presumably.

A mass shooting is a mass shooting, though only some mass shootings are worthy of discussion at the national level.

 

And a dog killing a man has no political value either.

Yeah, this one is clearly not much of a national story. If you can't figure out why shootings that kill a dozen people get more attention than one where no one dies, I don't know what to tell you.

As it is I want to know how the shooter(s) got their guns and where the guns originated. You?

 

we had a shooting in 2015 in my town, 5 Injured 1 dead. they finally caught the guy a couple weeks back, it's been a regular news item for 5 years with updates and such.

if some of these cities like chi,balt,det, give the same exposure to shooting, they would need a 24/7 murder channel for each city.

Oops, wait, that was just a weekend in Chicago. I had forgotten that the only murders that count are mass murders.

 

That's a whole lot of gun violence, gun violence which seems to occur perpetually. In fact, I may be wrong... but it would appear that the sort of gun violence which occurs endlessly in places like Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, St. Louis dwarfs the sort of shootings that MSM and gun control activists really like to zero in on. It's almost as if we're having the wrong conversation and seeking the wrong solutions if reducing gun violence were the goal.

agree, even though 99% are white males, if a female or black does the same it is also news

so lets talk about this one, was it done because of the race or religion of the victims? were drugs or alcohol involved, was the guy mentally ill that did the killings, did they know each other? where did he get the gun?

The Democratic Party's only interest is advancing the Democratic Party. They care nothing about poor black boys being murdered in Chicago or anywhere else.

 

There is a reason people in Aurora and Denver call that area "Saudi Aurora". It's not uncommon to hear gun shots around there. We used to live in that apartment complex. That's the reason I live in the mountains now. It used to be a nice area but now it is saturated with gang activity.

That depends on how you define mass shooting. If you define it as 3 or 4 shot by the same person, as the gun control advocates do, then it's most definitely not 99% white males.

It would be nice to know, but it would appear as though investigative "journalists" aren't that interested in the details of this incident or the person responsible.
