    Just because you CAN to something doesn't mean you SHOULD do something. Let it play out in the courts, by law, for now. I really don't see the EC NOT casting their votes. If this goes to the House I see no good coming from it, people on both sides have been whipped into such an irrational frenzy it'll be less civil war than civil collapse.

    Let me see if I get how this works. We have the recounts Trump still loses. The states then certify the results Trump goes to court and says throw these out I've got 500 affidavits of people who says they saw shady stuff, and the judges say well thats good enough for me disenfranchise millions of people! Then we send out the cops to round up all the democratic house members and cart them into the house chamber in full hannibal lector attire to stand there while we crush them Trump Wins! Justice! Freedom! Kind of! Sounds pretty epic.

    You don't concede when it's close and you know the other side is cheating. Romney would, McCain would. But Trump won't. Trump is pursuing legal avenues as prescribed by law. Can't wait until all the electoral votes are in.

    He has no leg to stand on with his false claims of fraud. Biden's popular vote is 6 million higher than Trump's. There is no close call here.

    If you have a case to make, you make it. Electors are assigned by the states, and they have to vote for who the states designate according to the vote of their citizens. Biden will have at least (and most likely) 306 votes. Couldn't be simpler.

    He already has. Not doing very well in the courts, though. You see... it's not just a matter of alleging fraud. You do need to have some sort of "evidence". Other than Trump saying so, they have none.
