    Yet another thread where Republicans insist that it is fine to ignore the will of voters when they lose and use a legal loophole to do an end run around the electoral process. The increasing sentiment among GOP supporters & some elected officials that elections only ocunt when they win should terrify every American who believes in democracy.

    As soon as Trump supporters learn that you have to provide proof and evidence in order for a Judge to proceed with an actual case.

    So far Trump and company have yet to get a Judge to swallow their bullshit.

    Just like anything else credible accusations come before an investigation in which evidence is found. And there are over 500 affidavits which claim impropriety and fraud. Surely that merits an investigation? Why don't you want an investigation to find such?

    It is incrfeasingly clear that you & other Republicans only think elections count when you win and are increasingly prepared to subvert the outcome when they don't. If you can't suppress the vote enough then try to find a legal loophole to ignore the voters.

    I guess I should be pleased that you haven't joined other Trump supporters here in calling for the imposition of martial law & the establishment of Trump as a dictator, though functionally the difference is mostly cosmetic.

    Perhaps you should read the 12th amendment ....or have someone read it for you. Congress decides when the margin is less than 1% and the President refuses to concede. They decide for the States and each state gets 1 vote. Republicans have 38. Use a calculator and do the math from there.

    Trump overcame a 3 year coup attempt on his Presidency starting the day Hillary conceded. When the vote tabulation is questionable the Constitution provides that should he not concede, the House takes a vote. Each state gets one vote.We have 38. Does that knock you down off your high horse? You who wants the media to declare the President? You who failed in the 3 year coup attempt? Tough s&*^!!!

    Where did I say I don't want an investigation? I have an affidavit that says Trump beats his Wife. So it must be true, right?

    I can't wait for the excuses when the recounts don't flip any State to Trump and all the Judges toss the fraud lawsuits out of Court for not having any evidence.

    First AZ, MI and GA, now a Judge in Pennsylvania just threw another fraud suit out of Court.

    You better get used to this happening because it isn't going to stop. LOL
