No doubt that's what you believe because that's what your political tribe tells you to believe. I'm not interested in that sort of discussion.
no one says there was, had Floyd been arrested without the cop doing what he did, we would not even be talking about this case
Like I said I'm not interested in this tribalism. You have your own opinion you probably are unwilling to step outside of your own obstinence so nothing can be gained by discussing it. You may have the last word.
Bystanders understood Floyd was under arrest yet good old boy Floyd pretended he could not breathe. A man not able to breath can't have a discussion as did Floyd.
not true and we know that cause Floyd is dead, kinda proves you wrong right there pressure can cause you to have breathing issues, yes you might get some words out, doen't mean you're not being denied oxygen
once someone is in custody and handcuffed, they are in your care, just like a child - you can't abuse then as this cop did
I will try to avoid bad cops, thanks the courts did resolve this maybe in 3 years like with Bill Cosby he will get released, time will tell
To give them the idea of how fast your heart can quit, I will give 2 cases. Mom settled into her rocking chair to watch TV with Dad. Dad said she told him earlier she was having a fine day. Dad heard her gasp and suddenly he looked her way and she was dead. Massive heart attack. Mike my youngest brother talked to me from Phoenix at around 9 pm that night. We chatted as he said he would come to my place the following day. He sounded normal to me. No illness or condition that was fatal. 3:30 Am his wife called me to say he just dropped dead as he walked out of the toilet at the motel. It shocked me he died that way so suddenly. Due to my experiences, I easily see how a troubled man with drugs in his system suddenly died. His "I can't breathe" if true started long before he died suddenly.
It was too bad Cosby engaged in rape of drugged women. The women suffered many years. Cosby shows blacks are not persecuted. Cosby deserved his sentence.
if some stranger put his knee on someone in those conditions necks for 9 min though, and then they died, they would be blamed... that is common sense I do not know many that would say... yeah, they probably would have died anyways
A tip for you. Watch the video of that several more times. You will learn that Chauvin moved a lot. Moved his knee from the guys shoulder to his area of his ears. The Carotenoid artery is closer to the mouth than to the ears. Anyway, in this case Chauvin deserved to be freed. That jury paid almost no attention to the evidence.
the people watching it are not experts, their opinion is meaningless. They’re just mad cuz black man arrested. Their responsibility is to secure the prisoner. Not to diagnose his long list of ailments.
sorry to hear about that, if there’s any solace at least it was pain-free and they knew they were loved. people in poor health with drug issues often pass unexpectedly. It’s after they’re going ape**** and a family calls the cops on them for being violent when the cops show up to stop the madness when they die. Family blames the cops, ghetto lottery style.
Mom took the pills her doctors had her take. Mike my brother, lord he loved smoking MJ. He drove trucks. And he was under stress I believe. He lived a 5 hr drive from me in Redding, CA. And he and his wife and many kids, drove to Cocoa Fl bumming all the way. He made up a sign his wife wore at places like supermarkets. With a child by her, she held up the sign pleading for money. I guess people felt sorry for women and he told me his scam was good enough to pull in as much as $500 per day. He bought the Peterbilt truck for a figure I believe in the range of $15,000 and he took possession of it and the transmission went bad and he had to push another say ten grand into the truck. It was not currently licensed. It had no insurance. Still I don't know for a fact, but doubt he licensed it or got insurance. She drove it back to CA from AZ. He bought the truck when he lived in KS with his wife and they took it to Redding, CA first. He had to have the transmission replaced when he lived in KS. Story is a bit jumbled but he got the money from my fathers estate after he died in 1995. Mom had died in 1980.
It's okay people are allowed to believe whatever they like. I'm not really in this to convince anybody of anything so my motivations are simply a lot different than most people's. Also if you wrestle with pigs you're going to get dirty and the pig will enjoy it. There is a lot more power in walking away.
yep, just like it's too bad Floyd had to die after what this cop did for over 9 minutes the da gave Cosby immunity and he was still prosecuted, that never should have happened - that said, I do not feel bad for Cosby, not would I for this cop if he someday got off on a technicality
