    Your highlights would make sense right up until donald trump, the one exception to the 'presidents work in good faith' assumption.
    As for the evacutation. Let the IG deal with it. They are always busy fellows, anyway. We are still waiting for Durham's report. And what is to investigate, anyway, it's a known fact that as soon as you shout ' we are leaving' there would be a rush to the airport, and in the ME, **** always happens.

    What should be investigated, and is being investigated is 1/6.

    That sounds like a drastic understatement here.

    What happened here went beyond just being a mistake.
    I mean there had to be full out incompetence for this to happen.

    Probably many Democrats would want to demand an investigation into how this happened, but they don't want to because it would make their President look bad and they know it would uncover inconvenient facts that will further damage the reputation of their party.

    I don’t love Trump and don’t love Biden and for me slogans “Democrats, stand by your president. Do not be fooled by Republicans!” and “Republicans, stand by your president. Do not be fooled by Democrats!” made exactly the same sense if the previous president was Trump, Obama or Bush. I don’t care is ‘'presidents work in good faith” – I am looking for the results.

    There is an old communist joke: a communist leader pledges before the party: “comrades, sorry for the tragic state of our economy, I was wrong, but remember - wanted the best”. And someone answers: “it would be better if you wanted the worst and would be wrong too”.

    Of course Jan 6 should be investigates as all military withdrawal, what mistakes were made, why some Americans who wanted return to the US were left behind, why so many military equipment was not destroyed, and much more.
    If Democrats will block these investigations, in 2022 I am not voting for them.

    Sad, very sad. I said "If Democrats will block these investigations, in 2022 I am not voting for them" and immediately you accused me that not voting for Democrats means voting for Trump.
    Typical Democrats threat like - "if you vote for Trump you are racist" or like Joe Biden defined it "'If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black'.
    What happend to logical thinking in America?

    It's my understanding congressional Dems have been calling for an investigation. Given the nature of the frenzied right wing narrative that developed around the withdrawal I imagine the Biden admin would welcome a clarification of the record.
