I asked you first. You are the one supporting abortion laws so the burden of describing how these laws would be enforced is on you.
You asked me WHAT first? How someone would get an abortion if they can't do medical tourism? No I did not ask you that.
I asked: How would you enforce abortion laws. I also gave you the benefit of being 100% right and unlimited resources. (Manpower, money, technology, etc) The only thing you came up with was making it illegal for competent medical professionals to perform abortions here. That would only drive the true number of abortions out of view. You have been unable to make a case since.
And I answered. Now, how would someone get an abortion if they can't do medical tourism? That wouldn't matter because there would be a reduction if it was made illegal.
I already gave you a list and you could not figure out how to use your unlimited resources to overcome these challenges that didn't exist the last time abortion laws failed. Abortion laws failed long before the internet, home pregnancy tests, and abortion drugs. You cannot demonstrate your claim of reduction to be true. I can easily show that abortions are declining without government interference because my position does not require burying facts.
Only pregnant women can get abortions. She is the only one that knows she is pregnant so how do you find her and stop her?
Stop her from doing what? Medical tourism? She can't be stopped. Now, what does she do if she can't do medical tourism?

It's your opinion that this is the reason it is illegal. If that was true, murder would never have been illegal if only one murder a year was happening.
FoxHastings said: ↑ AGAIN, murder is illegal because not being illegal would cause chaos in society... No, it isn't my "opinion" it's a fact. If there was only one murder a year ( a strange unrealistic fantasy) it might or might not be illegal but that's irrlevant.
A fact according to what? So then how many murders does there need to be before "chaos" begins? And wouldn't that one person murdered cause chaos in the lives of the family of the murdered person?
One family, one person...that isn't "society". Abortion doesn't cause chaos n in society unless it's forced or banned... And why TF else would murder be illegal? And don't bring up "morals"....they vary from person to person and are like farts in the wind...some people don't think it's immoral to kill.
Nope, there wouöd just be a black market. But, the real question is why it even should be illegal in the first place? If your sister, female extended-family member or any other woman you hold dear got unwillingly pregnany and turnef to you for help and advice, would you spit her in the face?
And how would that mean that there would be the exact same number of abortions as there would be if it was still legal? Because it is killing a human life. Why the hell would I spit in her face if she asked for ADVICE and not a SPIT in her face?
I am saying that abortion laws cannot be enforced and have no benefit to society. I am also saying that the vast majority of those claiming to care about these precious little lives, turn and run the moment they take their first breath. Every now and then, I am able to have this discussion with someone who does more than talk. I may still disagree, but I have the highest respect for them and their words at least have some weight.
Okay, so you're not saying that every single abortion can be conducted via abortion drugs! So now all you have left are these mysterious so called 'back alley abortions!' Obviously you know that making elective abortion illegal would reduce elective abortion! So you might as well give up trying to argue that it would be unenforceable! Unless by 'enforce' you mean it would have to result in ZERO elective abortions, but you know that would be utterly ridiculous to make that argument!
So if someone cannot get an elective abortion because they cannot do medical tourism, and they can't use abortion drugs because they are illegal, how do they get an abortion? Also explain what you mean by "enforce." How much would abortion need to be reduced by in order for you to say that the laws CAN be "enforced?"
