Everything the left promotes, is the opposite of being responsible, taking responsibility, and considering the consequences of your actions before you act. And it's an easy sell for left, isn't it?? Its because in the 60s and 70s a crazy new theory for the 14th amendment came out. The 14th amendment is clear and simple. 1. Everyone born or naturalized in the united states is a citizen. 2. The state must treat every citizen the same under law. 3. The state must give everyone a free and fair trial before convicting them of a law 4. Citizens and non citizens must be treated the same. But somehow this turned into the incorporation doctrine which said now the the bill of rights which was created to restrain the federal government now applied to the states.
I've never heard a member of the SC condemn Congress's vote. But today I heard Pelosi condemn the SC. That figures though.

Didn't scream about packing the court-a threat FDR made when some of his unconstitutional BS was initially struck down. When the Supreme court refused to strike down clearly unconstitutional gun bans, or created a "right" to abortion-the right didn't threaten the supreme court etc. But the lefties lose a couple cases and they now are sounding murderous
yep: there have been lots of leftwing judicial decisions that violated the obvious intent of the constitution. No one suggested on the right, packing the court, attacking justices etc. The crybabies lose a couple decisions and start screaming for violence and to blow up the court, pack the court ignore the court etc.
Kavanaugh suggests that states cannot criminalize a resident traveling to a pro abortion state to terminate a pregnancy. Which makes sense. If you live in a state where prostitution is banned, that state cannot prosecute you for traveling to a state where brothels are legal, and getting a Lewinsky from a hooker
People were starving to death so just about everyone other than business owners were in support of his actions. 25% unemployment, failing banks, industrial slavery, child labor, no food regulations, barely anyone had access to electricity or phone lines no health care. Yeah no one rioted because the country was falling apart, people were losing faith in the system, if he didn't do what he did, there would have been revolution likely communist, because society was collapsing and everyone but the top 1% or the 1% were hurting.

FDR didn't need to tell a farmer growing wheat for his own family that the congress could prevent that. FDR's anti gun nonsense should have caused him to be impeached and removed from office/ A revolution would have been crushed and the communist left would have been eliminated. FDR saw the crisis that he kept going on for years after it should have ended, as a tool to expand the federal government far beyond the boundaries that the founders placed on the federal government

Nope the communists would of started winning elections. You think people were going to keep living under a system where they are forced to work slave wages, stand in line to get bread, forced to send your children to work instead of school to make ends meet, while the wealthy continue to make millions (billions in our day)? Not to mention the killing of striking workers and workers executed for fighting back. Yeah give it another decade and the communists would have started taking over both politically and possibly though arms. Edit- the military was upset at the awful pay and benefits as well, many would have joined the revolutionaries.
There has never been a pure communist or capitalist government. They've all been hybrids - or there would never have been laws preventing monopolies or the creation of Social Security.
