All things we need to know right? If what kind of documents, why Trump had them and why the government says he can't have them? More importantly why the criminal style raid versus other routes. I get the sides but the only thing that matters is the transparency and by God charging someone if there is wrongdoing by either side. Dragging out another few years leaking BS and then saying nothing to see isn't going to cut it. Can we agree on that?

And exactly why these things are worked out behind closed doors. This one turned into a raid, so there damn sure better be an arrest coming or it will be seen a purposeful political persecution, Russian Style. It seems the whitehouse is running as fast as it can from this. Who in their right mind believes the Whitehouse didn't know what their own cabinet member was doing? If they didn't what does this say about an Executive branch employee doing something without approval that has never been done in our history.

Actually you're not obligated to believe anything whether supported with a link or not. Most of the time people won't acknowledge when they were wrong anyways.

You don't provide links because you don't have anything to back up the claim.
And I am not the only one to read the posts.
You are providing facts to all who read. If one can't do so, they don't provide any.

Trump's team admitted some of those documents were classified...but it does not matter whether or not he declassified them because none of the 3 charges rely on classification. Most of all, Trump does not need the classified/declassified documents because he is no longer working for the government.

DO you think the FBI would ask nicely for 8 months for government documents if this was an average citizen?

    Espionage Act of 1917 (1917)
Congress enacted the Espionage Act of 1917 on June 15, two months after the United States entered World War I. Just after the war, prosecutions under the act led to landmark First Amendment precedents.

    It's not invented.
He can not say abbra cadabra and they become declassified.
The post I referred to showed you there's a procedure to follow.

The effect this man has on you, staggering. Damn near cult like

Ohhh it sounds so MSM, do tell all these things that they found. Pee tapes on russian hookers again? Sorry I don't believe you and I'll wait until something solid comes out of the evidence. Hopefully we don't have to wait until October 2024, like it seems we will.

And i have a friend that worked in the SS under Bush and Obama, he tells me everything that goes to and comes from the President is classified. I mean just use what we've learned, Comey took notes in a meeting with Trump, and it was considered classified. On the other hand, if he's got our laser weapon specs that's hidden in the stars, then hell yea fry his ass. There's a wide gap here and it better be closer to the laser than notes agree? I guess at the end of the day most of America isn't seriously partisan and if this over something that's not a serious national security issue, then our leaders need to get their crap together and quit f'ing dividing us over Trump.

I never said they wont. They have a case, and it will be made public, but they will never take a US president to a criminal court

Not how it works. HE would not have created a papertrail, but if he ordered people to move **** out because it was declassified THEY would've created a papertrail to cover their own asses.

If FBI searched Trump's property just to get a bunch of diaries, then fire everyone who approved it. However, my gut tells me the documents were very serious as I don't believe Garland or anyone involved would put their career or reputation on the line for diaries or innocuous materials after 8 months of discussion.

My gut tells me this is a way to get back at trump and they could've worked it out behind closed doors. One thing for sure the only one calling for transparency is Trump; he wants the avadavat released. We'll see but everything the left has said was going to be a big deal has turned into political BS.

Do whatever you need to in order to protect your narrative. All people have to do if they want to know something it's exactly what I did and I'm not some sort of mega genius.

So the only reason you don't have the information I have it's because you don't want it.

You can thump your little chest declare victory all you want. I still know what I know and the information is still out there.

That's not independent from the executive branch so that means it's under the president.
