The law isn't the problem here. It's the lack of enforcement that's the problem. We were able to stop the flood with our existing laws before Biden opened it back up again. It's hard to imagine any administration would have been this reckless.

 

We don't need a flood of low-income labor deflating the market. That hurts low-income Americans. It's always interesting how liberals claim they want to help low-income families, and then they repeatedly support policies that screw them over because they lack a basic understanding of economics.

Im not claiming we dont have a problem at the border. Im claiming that these people aren’t making it to america, they ARE being stopped.

And since were here, How is Joe Biden supposed to stop people from trying? I mean that seriously, what is he supposed to do to stone the Central Americans who are now coming in much greater numbers, how is he supposed to stop them from trying ?

The rest can file electronically and then fly over through customs once approved. If they can afford that we don’t need them. If they show up at the border on foot, GO HOME!!! Not our problem.

 

More falsehoods. Biden ended the remain in Mexico policy, and a "JUDGE" (actually the Supreme Court) ruled he had the authority to do so despite the irreparable harm it would have on border states. A judge didn't end it. "Your[sic] literally making thing[sic] up here."

 

Then why is he using Title 8 to make them “remain in mexico” ?

Title 42 was show down by the courts, and the Biden administration started using Title 8 which allows them to seek “asylum”, but they remain in mexico while their case is adjudicated.

Again, How is Biden supposed to stop them from trying ? His policies are the same as Trumps were.

 

Ahhhh. The “caravans”….those mythical “we must send the army to the border to protect us from the hordes of criminals and killers common to eat our babies and kill us all !!!”

Thats NOT what Joe Biden said in his statement. He never said he wanted to change the numbers allowed to enter, the policies or process used to enter the country. He said he wanted to modernize and humanize that process. That didn’t change anything other than not allowing migrants to spend 10 years in a “camp” awaiting an answer. He wanted to make the answers faster, and the process more humane.

They're being stopped and then released if they say the word "asylum." They are then released to the interior with a notice to appear 10 years from now. In the meantime, they can stay and hope for another DACA event. Hundreds of thousands have already been released into the interior this year alone according to the Biden administration's own statistics. Biden officials estimate that another million are "known gotaways" based on camera and sensor data. Countless more unknown gotaways are likely.

You know how Joe Biden can stop people from trying? He can start enforcing actual asylum laws as intended and stop releasing individuals into the interior. Surprisingly when you close the door and start enforcing immigration laws people stop coming. It's common sense for the vast majority of Americans.
