A distinction without merit. To decide to not have a baby requires one to decide TO DO something as in kill it. So why is one old enough to make one decission but not the other?
"Under investigation" is NO... CONVICTED. CONVICTED is a whole different world. Let's talk again if he is convicted.
He admitted to having sex with a 17 year old girl and taking her to a party across state lines on foxnews. He's not hiding it. Point still stands if a democrat was accused of something like that you'd be calling for his head.
You go out and hang folks from trees because you want to if you wish. I will wait for the rule of law... courts... judges... juries.
And then they are old enough to decide to have sex. If you disagree explain the difference you are asserting.
nope, they are not old enough to have sex with their step dad but if they are pregnant from the step dad, and you think they are old enough to have that baby, then they are also old enough to decide not to have that baby
How about an 18 year old next door neighbor? If not why not if they old enough to decide to have an abortion?
an 18-year-old is an adult, they can have sex with their next door neighbor if it is consensual and both are old enough
No one denies a woman's right to decide to have an abortion. The issue is weighing this against an unborn child's right to live. That's why voters will decide the laws and they will vary. The VOTERS will decide this very difficult issue and will have different answers in different places.
Yes people deny a woman the right to kill her unborn baby simply because she wants to ends it's life. The right to our life is our highest right, a self evident truth. A right to kill an unborn baby is not. Yes finally the voters will get to decide. Did you support the SCOTUS saying so?
Drinking is not too common in combat, when I was in it was weed but that was before drug testing was common
Democracy is when ALL American citizens have the same rights....taking away women's right to their own bodies ( a basic right) is NOT democracy. That is why states canNOT make slavery legal even if the people in them want slaves..
Dodge noted. Try again How about with an 18 year old next door neighbor? What difference if the child is having sex with an adult or a teenager? Are they old enough to decide to have sex, if not then what makes them old enough to decide to kill an unborn baby?
Taking away the very LIFE of an unborn child on the whim of anyone isn't democracy either. That's why this argument is so very, very difficult. On one hand, a woman has the right to control her own body. On the other is an unborn child's RIGHT TO LIVE. THAT is a tremendously difficult dilemma. Leaving it to the voters in each state seems like the only viable solution. This has nothing to do with slavery. Non sequitor.

So if a state wants slavery it can't just vote it in. OMYGAWD....loss of bodily autonomy is slavery...it is what happened to slaves... And women are equal citizens who should have full rights whether pregnant or not.. Banning abortion IS taking away a woman's right to her own body. The fetus is NOT YOURS or your neighbors or politicians or Big Government ...it belongs to the woman alone, her body, her fetus. It has no "right to life"...SHE DOES
YOU believe that an unborn child has no rights. That is YOUR OPINION... others disagree.YOUR OPINION is no better or worse than the opinion of a fellow citizen that sees the unborn as citizens, with the same rights as all of us. You want to kill the unborn. Others don't. That is why the issue is best left up to the VOTERS. Here in the United States we believe EVERYONE has "full rights". Women, men and unborn children.
I asked you a question if they are old enough to be forced to have a baby, they are old enough to decide not to have a baby
I have been asking you and still waiting for answer. Are they old enough to consent to the sex in the first place if not why not?

How you can say that women have "full rights" when you want to abolish their main right is an example.... and hilarious if it wasn't so tragic for women. YOU and others opposed to abortion want the FETUS to have MORE rights than anyone else!!! You want a fetus to have the right to use another's body without their consent.... NO ONE ELSE CAN DO THAT... Is it because you don't think women should have full rights? GEE, you said so above!!!! Why couldn't you address the following?: OMYGAWD....loss of bodily autonomy is slavery...it is what happened to slaves... And women are equal citizens who should have full rights whether pregnant or not.. DON'T YOU AGREE ???? Banning abortion IS taking away a woman's right to her own body. The fetus is NOT YOURS or your neighbors or politicians or Big Government ...it belongs to the woman alone, her body, her fetus.
maybe, maybe not, depends on the state and ages... but if they are old enough to be forced to have a baby, they are old enough to decide not too
