Hey, I know you dont like my opinion and your deleted post certainly shows that! I'd like to hear a reply though, hopefully we can have somewhat of a civil debate on the issue. :)
I split my time between Long Island, New York and Pompano Beach, Florida. Once my wife and I retired we decided we would no longer do winter. When the weather get cold we get moving to an ocean front condominium right on the beach in south Florida. It's kind of neat living on two islands. On the one we're about ten minutes from the ocean and on the other about ten seconds.
I see you're a Kiwi. I used to think Austria was the world's most physically beautiful country until I visited New Zealand. You live in a virtual paradise.
