    Actually the problem is the base criminality of obama and his flunkies

    With or without FISA the executive branch has a lot of power and potential for abuse

    We need to squash some of them like bugs and maybe future swamp rats will be afraid to try the same stunts

    The request to find out if the American is in the database to begin with requires an ongoing investigation of a suspected crime which did not happen and why this information was just released to the entire house. The request involves a FISA-702 query to query the NSA database for the person in question. This is where it gets bad for the Obama admin. The query then leads to the warrant to view the information.

    They are only commenting that it is bad, funny thing is when it was made available none of the Democrats were even curious enough to go read it. They already knew it was bad.

    But republican members of congress who have seen it say its troubling

    As some liberals have put it I think we have enough smoke to call the fire dept

    Meaning a 2nd special prosecutor

    The memo is a House generated document derived from House investigations and testimony before the House, the executive has no authority here.

    Why would anyone take seriously claims made by the most partisan RW house members? Guys who've wanted to shut mueller down for day 1? Suddenly they claim they have a smoking gun that'll take down rosenstein....which just happens to clear the way to firing mueller? I'm sure that's all a coincidence lol

    With a coronary calcium scan of 133 up from 34 in 2009 and 98 in 2013? Over 100 is associated with a relatively high risk of heart attack or other heart disease over the next three to five years.

    And we know that Trump isn't 6'3" 239 pounds. We know that WH Doctors have to get permission from their patient to release information, it's a HIPAA regulation. So why would the Doc make such obvious contradictory statements by claiming that Trump is in excellent health?

    The Clinton Campaign had nothing to do with it and disavowed the birther claims, unlike Diapy Donnie who invested quite a bit of personal capital in it.
