Concentration camps have been around and widely used by the Colonial Powers in Africa & India long before the infamous Holocaust Industry tried to copyright the term for the exclusive use by their marketing department.

As previously shown on this forum, Japanese-Americans who were interred in American concentration camps said the analogy between their experience and that of today is a valid one. This is what she was referring to and they know the actual experience. You do not and are hardly in a position to tell then they are wrong.

 

over 3 years, a total of 150 people died in the American detention camps for Japanese.

over 3 years, millions of Jews and others were killed in the Nazi/Fascist concentration and death camps.

If you can first learn the distinction, your may possibly be disposed to understand AOC more readily. Then go ahead and challenge those Japanese-Americans on their view.
