It's funny (not ha ha) how they can openly say these things while simultaneously claiming that discrimination doesn't happen here. As long as they have their rights, history, benefit of the doubt privileges everybody else be damned.

If he wants to argue that America is not indispensable, he needs to strongly advocate for doing away with all foreign aid payments. I didn't see that in his article anywhere.

He certainly makes some interesting and discussion worthy points, beginning with the idea that 'America must lead'. The other one that stood out to me was his question of what was accomplished by the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. I didn't read it to be critical of America but, rather, a question of why we feel that we need and deserve to assert that we are the leaders.

 

Nothing is indespensable except for air, water and food. What a silly thing to post.

He doesn't hate America, I cannot speak for him but I likely share some of his emotions, but likely he is well aware that America is one thing (which we love) and its government is VERY MUCH another thing.

Mark Twain put it very well: Patriotism means supporting your country all of the time, BUT its government ONLY when it deserves it.

It does not make me happy to say that the US government has been a criminal organization for long decades. I first discovered that in 1970 while helping to occupy Vietnam.

The Americans who control the federal government (there are always individual exceptions) are the people he criticizes, IMO. The gangs of people in control who have brought war under fraud are domestic enemies of the US Constitution, as described in the federal oath of office.

The legislators who brought the Unpatriot Act and so many others offensive legislative efforts, those who are currently bringing the masses across the southern border, and so many other illegal things, are domestic enemies of the US Constitution.
