What we want is for republicans to stop forcing young girls to carry their rapist's fetus to term. And all this talk about the illegal, who is already caught and jailed is just a deflection from this.

 

Reality - we can't stop all rapes.

Reality - we CAN allow raped girls the CHOICE on whether to carry their rapist's fetus to term. You CAN stop supporting politicians who want to
FORCE raped girls to carry their rapist's fetus to term - which endangers their physical and mental health.

 

We have discussed this issue before. Everything in this thread seems to just be a repetition of that issue.

Pregnancies usually begin showing up on a 10 year old's body very early due to small body size. Hopefully they can do the abortion earlier rather than at a late stage of gestation.
If the pregnancy gets too far along, then we have to consider the baby inside of the girl.

We also have to remember that in many of these abortion cases (not the case in this story), the abortion does not mean that the abuse is going to stop. If she gets an abortion, she is likely going to be impregnated again. And again.

 

I also doubt that many Caucasian girls even have the ability to get pregnant at 10 years old. But many girls from other ethnic backgrounds begin to sexually develop a little bit more early.

But Republicans are trying to pass laws that prevent ANY woman from getting an abortion at any time or under any circumstance short of imminent death.

10 years old? 13? 16? Why would you think it will be different to force a girl with a couple more years age to carry their rapist's fetus to term?
It's just as ****ed up to force a 10 year old as it is a 30 year old to carry their rapist's fetus to term. The fact that you are trying to make
a distinction doesn't make it less crazy.

 

The evidence is clearly there that the mother conspired with this POS or at the very least covered it up and likely not for the first time. We may or may not have enough prison space, but I thought you particularly had the strongest feelings towards holding actors like these accountable.

 

What is the gestation age of the fetus inside of her?


If we should have more sympathy for the girl because she is so young, does not also some of that sentiment apply to an unborn little child that may be inside her?

Not all Republicans are that extreme on their views on abortion. The majority of Republicans simply want the states to decide for themselves.

He said that men that received settlements from the Vatican for cover-ups of their sexual abuse as boys "deserved what they got since they got paid." He doesn't give a damn about this little girl or anybody else being raped. It's even lower than that if she isn't white.

 

Child pregnancy/abortion is a worse case. It's worse for the female if the pregnancy continues, but it's also worse if she gets an abortion because very often the pregnancy in such a situation is not discovered until a later time, when the fetus (i.e. baby) has reached more advanced gestational age.

 

I vote for candidates - not parties. If they are so ****ed up that they would force a raped girl to carry their rapist's fetus to term - then I have to assume
they are too ****ng stupid to understand other issues as well.

Well, on the other hand, what about aborting a 15 week fetus? That's pretty awful too.

At that point it's practically a baby in there, as far as I'm concerned.

There are TWO victims. And we have to manage the situation as best as possible to try to avoid victimizing either victim even more, even though there is an unavoidable trade-off.

I don't have to agree with everything that my party does but I sure as hell will not vote Democrats.

That part is agenda is far more damaging to everyone across the board.

 

Are you willing to have your limbs torn off one by one and then finally have your skull crushed, all inside of a giant bag, so that someone else doesn't have to go through a pregnancy?

Anyway, they almost always do a C-section in these cases, so it will not be coming out of her birth canal.

 

Also, in that culture, there's less stigma about having a baby at a younger age.
Although any 10-year-old having a baby is still pretty bad.

15 year olds giving birth in Mexico happens all the time.
