    Hopeless starts to be you dragging in American laws, for non American trials with your bill of rights. And the guy filed a lawsuit that it wasn't going fast enough. He lost it! Says enough.

    What a disingenuous attempt at evasion. The post you are responding to did not even refer to "American Laws"

    Then you cherry pick part of the post and leave out the part that refers to "International Rules of Justice" - The Rule of Law

    The Rule of Law is an international standard promoted by the Hague itself.

    If you have another standard by which to measure fair justice, by all means present it.

    So far you have provided nothing in support of your claim that holding someone for 12 years without completing a trial is fair.
