    Even the Alabama law that you tout as being extreme has exceptions in case of rape.

    What TF does "argue rape" mean?


    Let's talk abortion in the case of rape.

    Some Anti-Choicers want ALL abortions banned even in the case of rape( a cruel and inhumane stance and seemingly on the side of the rapist!)


    Some Anti-Choicers want an exception made for rape BUT never explain why the "precious life" brought about by rape is any different than the "precious life" brought about by consensual sex.

    An abortion for rape is the EXACT SAME PROCEDURE AND OUTCOME as an abortion done due to consensual sex.

    There is NO difference in the abortion ONLY the conception circumstances.

    This CLEARLY shows they want women punished for having consensual sex by forcing THEM to gestae while "allowing" victims of NON consensual sex to abort.

    So they do NOT believe "all life is precious".

    It's a very hypocritical stance.

    have you, doesn't matter that a rape baby's parent was a rapist and that they woudl not of been born if not for the rape.. even they know rape is wrong

    We're willing to make that exception if it means saving countless more. Abortion in case of rape is an outlier.

    Were willing to give an inch to take a mile. At least we argue in good faith. And not say things just to say them.

    "What about rape" as if you cared. Regardless of the rape exception, you are still against it.

    When and if, women's rights are destroyed (which banning abortion does) , then no, I would say, and rightly so, that RIGHTS are what count.

    Such a blow to democracy, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, the Constitution, the destruction of rights, is the right time to rear back and say the law is wrong...
