But you can't be sure with plastic explosives and stuff. Guns send messages like, "Don't make any funny moves."
LOL I am down with that...but het why stop there...CCH is silly when an AR15 has way more power and dang, what dumb azz would challenge that much fire power eh?
I say plastiq is the way to go....it might cost you your life but hey....the bad guy loses too. Dingo, you and I need to start a petition...atomic bombs should fall under 2A as well eh?
Nah, I don't see John Wayne or Clint Eastwood drawing plastic. The real man of integrity does his business out of the barrel of a gun.
NAH John and Clint have set many a claymore...and it is directional. Just a little collateral damage to deal with but I think the plane would survive. - - - Updated - - - Or multiple bullets if they would drop that pesky full auto ban.... wanna sign my petition?
Nope, I'm an Occam guy. You pack enough to take care of business. You don't leave a complete mess behind. A 45 will do fine. We're talking airplanes now, not the Mafia.
simple is one thing....if you really want the bad guys to stop even contemplating an action you need to make a statement....You know leaving a mess even mama wouldn't recognize, therefore I'll take the claymore
airplanes are private property. each airlines should have the right to decide for themselves if firearms will be allowed on their flights. but if they say "no", we should respect that.
"gun owner" isn't a protected class. you can't file a civil rights lawsuit because you were fired by your boss for being a gun owner.
Exactly. Their property, their rules. Just because they're providing a service doesn't mean they don't have the same rights as other citizens. Those who wish to exercise their Second Amendment rights in the air, and can afford to post a surety bond to cover hull loss and other actionable consequences of any misuse of those firearms can fly while armed on general aviation aircraft. (Note that the Second Amendment does not guarantee inexpensive travel whilst bearing arms.) They are also free to purchase their own aircraft, and to make their own rules.
No, you can't file a civil rights suit. However few employment contracts stipulate what an employee does outside of the workplace as being grounds for dismissal, so standard remedies still exist. Naturally it's the employee's responsibility to read the contract first, and not take the job if the contract is not acceptable.
