It's time to ban gangs. If possession of a 30 round magazine can be made illegal, then being a member of the Crips or the Bloods should be illegal too. However, if David Gregory were to join the Crips, law enforcement would be unable to find a DC district attorney with the honor to charge him. Seriously though, how much crime could be cut in the inner city, if gang activity were greatly curtailed? Wouldn't that be more effective than the failed gun laws of Chicago?
