It was derived from the Section 1251, but to be more exact, the actual derivation was made by the Obama Administration and published in the Federal Register on June 17, 2010; and is listed on page 34522. You can access the Federal Register page from this website. http://twitchy.com/2013/10/31/bombs...oyer-sponsored-health-plans-will-be-canceled/
No one said every person so why the canard? The government report is quite clear, and it certainly isn't "no one will lose their health care coverage PERIOD" is it.
Always. That's how it is when the wrong people gain power, and the wrong people invariably do gain power eventually.
Yes, more than half the people in this country wanted this idiot as our leader. They still do. They want to be lied to, mocked, taken for fools and be labeled as incompetent as he is. And they are happy with it. If Obama could run again, they'd still vote for him. What does that say for our country?
He just might, I believe there was an amendment(around 2009 or so) that was being considered(I also believe it died on the House floor) that would have taken the term limits off. Frankly, I agree with the concept(I am a Nationalist of course) but the "problem" with a longstanding rule is what happens when it's abused? Well, I don't see that as a problem in that the American People can finally be political and take control of their government, but the people have never truly been political save for our opening years of existence. I don't think we could have a truly political country and subconsciously I think we're aware of that fact. Even if it's a delusion, even if it's a mirage. Our "safe transitions" act as a crutch for our inability to think, to vote or to govern. Same thing with the parties themselves, since we don't have a political platform, have one created for us(we don't even have to abide by the platform), it just gives us a false sense of identity.
There seems to be a sadistic strain to them as well. It usually takes the form of something like "because Bush did something we think is bad, we are justified in being 100 times as bad." As though they take some sort of pleasure in their destructive policies.
No canard. I just see a clear assertion from somebody that 93 million people will lose access to their current insurance, and offering no proof that it actually happened. That number is as ridiculous as the lame "6 signups" gag.
All we have today is ridiculous. Big Fed under Obama is a farce. The entire world is either laughing at us or shaking their fist.
Wow. Interesting change in position. Why not admit that your previous post wasn't truthful? This BS is old and boring
it was just 50% of voters that cared enough to show up. he got re-elected on less votes than McCain got the first time.
People have to be crazy to trust the federal exchange now and in the future. There is no reason for this to not work unless it was done on purpose.
One of the rights that does not exist is the "right to be a leech". There is, after all, no "right" to healthcare. There's no "right" to a job. Since there's no "right" to a job, there can't be any such thing as a "right" to a "living wage". So what's your point, that you don't know what real rights are, you drink red koolaid and the imbibed Liberal Socialist Democracy gets to your brain?
You mean you want the US health care system to be run like the county hospitals, only more costly? WHY? - - - Updated - - - Oh, well, if the MessiahCare Train Wreck destroys the health care of only half the country, it will be seen as a huge failure by it's creators and by it's owner.
If ONE person lost his insurance because of the MessiahCare Train Wreck, it's too many. Got any clue what the Twenty First Amendment is all about?
if millions that did not have insurance got it and one lost it, why not try to fix it for the one, rather they ruin it for the million, republican logic is so backwards sometimes
freezing up is more than a "glitch"...as it just did to me at 6am on a Sunday morning...wtf does it do when there's traffic?
Absolutely. Here's an update on the 'troubles plagues' Obamacare sign-up program: "The glitch-ridden website"? Hah! I had to double-check that they weren't referring to the entire Obama administration itself!
