    NK ONLY began building nukes AFTER Clinton was replaced by the Bush/Cheney regime.

    Relying on the uneducated again?? They never honored the deal in the first play they got the technology from Pakistan in the 90's, what you think you can build one over night in your basement?

    NK already HAD access to nuclear technology BEFORE that time frame.

    It was Clinton who NEGOTIATED an END to NK developing nuclear WEAPONS.

    AFTER Clinton left office the Bush/Cheney regime FAILED to maintain the agreement which opened the door for NK to START building their own weapons.

    Kindly refrain from PROJECTING your own issues onto others.

    Per the LINK it was only in 2002 that NK pointed out the Bush/Cheney regime had RENEGED on the agreement and then took until 2006 to actually build and test their first weapon

    ALL of the above happened DURING the Bush/Cheney regime.

    As a rule, it's a mistake to mix domestic politics and foreign policy.

    NK provides a stellar example of why.

    NK breaks agreements routinely. When they get in trouble (like food shortages) they will act badly until we buy them off.

    That dynamic changed during the Trump years. We pissed China off, and now they are treating NK better to piss us off. How that will change the way things play out in the future is anybody's guess. But I doubt it will help us.

    you mean in believing Trump was gonna created a better Iran deal then Obama, I never believed Trump would be able to pull it off, did you?

    Trump would have had a better chance of adding to it, not starting from scratch

    On the surface, it looked like the U.S. was offering huge concessions to North Korea in exchange for few assurances. But behind the scenes, the Clinton administrationthought that North Korea was on the verge of collapse and likely wouldn’t last long enough for the U.S. to build the agreed-upon reactors.
