Yes, and after all the details of the Trayvon incident finally emerged (there was a report the school principal had previously found women's jewelry and a somewhat suspicious "burglary tool" screwdriver in his backpack), I wouldn't be all that surprised if the jogger in this story actually turned out to be the neighborhood burglar.

Jumping into the back of a pickup truck with guns to run down and kill a black jogger isn't evidence? It may not be proof, but it sure seems like evidence to me.

 

At this point all we know is that they went to question someone they suspected in local burglaries after calling it in. A struggle ensued with shots being fired. Not sure why you feel the need to bring race into it. If they're guilty then hang 'em high.

The story clearly says there was a struggle for the gun. It also clearly states neighbors had seen this guy repeatedly on security cam videos during the proceeding days. It also clearly states that someone else had also called 911 reporting a suspicious person roaming around on private property in a house under construction.

But hey the facts don't matter when the prejudiced outcome is desired.

 

You aren't allowed to form an armed posse and chase down a guy even if you suspect he stole something. These losers had at least a 3 on 1 advantage but still were too cowardly to leave their guns at home.

I don't know who on this site is Black or White and I'm not going to sort through Thousands of Threads to find you what you want and then for you to just ignore it, because it doesn't represent your Racist agenda. You can see stories every week of attacks from Black people upon White people and Black leaders absolutely ignoring it. If it's a story about a Black on Black crime it's ignored, but throw Whitey into the Mix and then suddenly it becomes a BIG! deal in Black communities.

 

So what the house was under construction, it is PRIVATE PROPERTY and he had been seen previously on other surveillance cameras. There had been a string of breakins in the neightborhood and he had been seen on all those cameras.

I don't know what happened to instigate the struggle and neither do you but there was one it was not a matter of the two guys drove down the street saw him and simply decided to kill him as is being asserted around here.
