Could those woman-hating, racist Conservatives allow it? Perhaps Suzanna Martinez as Attorney General? Maybe allow an old white guy like Newt for Secretary of State? Just make sure he knows that the rules are no longer "Republican 'Good ole boys".
A dream ticket. Cool headed, experienced, pragmatic, conservative. I'd vote for Carson/Rice ticket in a heartbeat.
then you must hate the country. Carson doesn't come close to be worthy of a vote right now. I guess the fact that they are black is all you need. I wonder what that is called?????
Relax, Carson is nothing more then the flavor of the month; much like Herman Cain was in the last election cycle.
Ridiculous. It's stupid to nominate candidates just to try to prove to the moronic left that you're not racist.
Whoever the GOP nominate it won't matter to the left. Their qualifications won't matter, if they happen to be a minority they won't be a legitimate minority because they aren't democrat. The left is so predictable so it's pointless to try to apease them.
The fact that evidence exists that he is not going to be controlled by Big Pharma companies would be good enough reason for me to perhaps vote for him…. if I was American rather than Canadian?! http://glyconutrientsarevital.blogspot.ca/2006/08/dr-ben-carson-glyconutrients.html
rice would be a loser choice. Rand Paul as carson's partner (either one could be vice) and you've got a great ticket.
Me, too, brother... I'd vote for a Carson/Rice ticket right now! I'd work for their campaign, and I'd donate money, too. We've told these moron Libocrats over and over and over that RACE DOES NOT MATTER, and it hasn't mattered in decades! Maybe now we'll get a chance to shove their race cards up their sanctimonious hyperliberal asses!
It's not that I don't like 'em, it's just that many on the right these days seem obsessed with supporting black candidates just to prove they're not racists. Mia Love is suddenly a star of the Republican party just because she's black. "Look look, we voted for black people!"
Only when compared to the President we have now who does hate the country. Me? I like Condoleeza Rice but I don't really know enough about Dr. Carson. I'm not a big fan of doctors.
There's a 0% chance they'll run 2 black people on the same ticket. I doubt the Democrats would be ready to do that yet either. Just saying the facts.
That's exactly what I was talkin about. "They think we're racist? We'll show them! Let's go find some black people to vote for!"
Carson is an unknown right now, nobody should be supporting him until he's been vetted by the left a little bit.
Meh, I do see some of that. But to be fair, most of those candidates are actually some of the best ones in the party. They're not throwing out a right wing equivalent of Al Sharpton. They're putting up genuinely good people who would make awesome leaders regardless of their color. The fact that they also happen to be black/hispanic/whatever is just an added bonus that helps to further destigmatize the party.
As a liberal, I sure hope that's the ticket. A great insurance policy for a Dem win. A Bush sycophant and a looneytoon.
good for Condi, that's a big plus in her favor. As a liberal, you PRAY that such aint our ticket, cause you' d have no chance at all of winning.
