    Great, albeit lengthy piece that reveals and destroys the progressive left and their criminally biased media's attempt to blame Obama's IRS scandal on anyone but Obama's IRS.

    exerpts:

    A week ago, I argued that the left... to take heat off ObamaCo... was attempting to blame "the law", blame the Tea Party / conservative groups for the IRS scandals, and justify the actions of the IRS, and that this argument basically arose from their fundamentally arrogant interpretation of the "social welfare" criteria that must be met to qualify for 501c4 tax status.

    this exerpt articulates my argument far better than I.

    The law does definitely NEED more clarity.

    Also, I don't want to give tax-exempt status to ANY political group.

    Whatever it takes to make sure that does not happen, is what needs to be done and is also most important to the American people.

    I found deliciousness in this passage;

    The exact same things progressives whine incessantly about, they double down on...

    There is no need to grant ANY political group tax-exempt status. There is enough money already poured into politics to handle things.

    You're hedging, Johnny.....there is nothing inherently wrong with the law....or money (speech) in politics
    there is something wrong with an already feared federal agency abusing the intent of the law, and its power....on the orders of ???????????..... in an attempt to effectively and systematically silence dissenting speech...

    an EGREGIOUS violation...I dare say TREASONOUS violation of the constitutionally protected 1st Amendment rights guaranteed ALL Americans
