If you have a better story - I am all ears :) It is not about "belief" so much - as it is which is your favorite story .. This is what the ancients believed in any case ... what a young fellow like yourself growing up in Sumer would have "believed" - the story of how they came to be.. which can be summed up as - folks came from the sky - needed a resource - the work was difficult and the "Annunaki" were getting disgruntled - so they created some worker drones .. referred to as Adamu .. a mixture of earthling and Annunaki.

I've heard them, and it can be a true "made you look" experience. Until that I'd thought that anything beyond a certain degree is inaudible to the untrained ear, but I stand corrected on that now.

Of course they don't come from eachother. They have common ancestors though. They are both from subfamily bovinae.

many species are around that have many species that evolved from them. Animals evolve based on their environment. They don't all just "evolve". When a population of animals move to an area that have environmental pressures different where the rest of their kind are, different traits may be favored by the environment. The animals with those traits that make the animal more likely to survive and reproduce will be the one that passes on it's traits to the next generation, and so on and so forth. Eventually those animals that moved to an area with different environmental pressures could look quite different from the population that did not move.

    I'm using:
    BIOLOGY
a group of living organisms consisting of similar individuals capable of exchanging genes or interbreeding. The species is the principal natural taxonomic unit, ranking below a genus and denoted by a Latin binomial, e.g. Homo sapiens.

Are you sure you're not conflating it with "a kind or sort"?

This is an important definition in politics, as humanity was seen as being several distinct species well into the last century by many and these were seen as politically meaningful variances.

Different original native rose varieties are classified as separate species. So are different original citrus fruits (pomelo, citron, kumquat, mandarin).

They can all interbreed and hybridize, although that hybridization does often cause some small issues. Most of those hybrids would not be able to propagate well in the wild, for various reasons.

Or research the Savannah cat. Most of the offspring are sterile, but a few of the females can still reproduce. It's a complicated example of a partial reproductive barrier.

There are also different "races" of Warbler birds that live in the same tree. If they interbreed, then they would give up their specific competitive ecological niche and have more trouble surviving. They very rarely interbreed in the wild, even though they may be living in the same tree.

Firstly, evolution science doesn't show we came from apes. It shows that humans and apes have common ancestors. So before you start laughing learn some basics first.

And we can prove this. It isn't a theory. It is a provable fact. DNA science makes this possible.

Is the Oldest one - least the oldest story written down .. kind of interesting don't ya think ?

They tell the tale .. have this double helix serpent symbology everywhere as representation of this story .. these Annunaki "sky people" coming down .. creating a genetic hybrid of them and some earth creature ... neanderthal or some hominid like beast :) ..

Should check out the Harappan civilization - now they figure 8000 years old .. gridded city .. double story buildings . sewage .. trade with places as far away as Mesopotamia ..

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Human Genome Project began the effort to decode the human genome sometime in the last century. By about 2004, it finished its project and issued a report, and a hypothesis.

I was going to remind the same thing. The human genome has been decoded years and years ago.

It was not fully decoded. That is explained in the story if anyone takes the time to read it.
