    There are lots of valid reasons for decriminalisation not the least of which are fewer pimps and more STD control.

    Pimps can't be prosecuted if it's decriminalized. They'd be "agents" or "managers". Kamala didn's say "legalize and regulate" ... Kamala has no policy beyond decriminalizing prostitution. That non policy doesn't do a thing for spread of STD's. School girls shouldn't get too hung up on grades, prostitution doesn't require a PhD and they pay can be good? Role model. :roll:

    You think the sex industry is victimless? How about when sleazy John's start randomly asking women if they want to make $20 bucks real fast? There's a difference between regulating and decriminalizing prostitution. Don't feel embarrassed though. Kamala either doesn't know or doesn't care herself.

    As the system stands now it is far too often not a victim-less crime. Too many women are manipulated and abused to turn tricks. The goal of decriminalizing prostitution is to allow for regulation to help make it victim-less.

    I doubt you're opposed to, or offended by nude modelling. Overstaying a visa is illegal, I won't defend it, I leave that to liberals. If the Trump's are satisfied in their marriage why should I judge them? Neither is complaining and half the planet actually still "arrange marriages".

    Really? What is the difference? A marriage of convenience predicated on economics or status is what both entail. Nude modelling is not sexual intercourse. Demi Moore posed nude while pregnant. She's not the only Hollywood role model who has. Are they prostitutes?

    She's not a role model. As she lived her life I doubt that that was ever a consideration. Just as I would never put myself up as a role model. I think everyone would have been happier if we hadn't forced her into the position she is neither equipped for nor desirous of. She should have just stayed a trophy wife and smiled a lot.

    With an arranged marriage there is often equality in that neither partner has a choice in the marriage however in those countries where a significant “bride price” is paid we see the abuse of women.

    Trophy wife? Now she basically “sells” herself for money, sometimes the position as well but usually it is a money transaction. The male in this situation usually feels little to no fidelity toward the wife as she is there with the same function as the office furniture. Trump had learnt his lesson after his divorce from Ivana when his playboy life style made the banks nervous and they forced him into selling his yacht and planes and refused further financing. He learnt then he had to have an appearance of marriage stability. Melania, a middle European model on a visa was ideal and indeed she has played the game well even putting up with the affairs and everything else
