Actually, unhealthily skinny women are no longer even acceptable as fashion models, if you did any reading beyond comic books. Many countries have outlawed the "skinny model" look for adverts and sales promotions.
If you find Melania and Kelly Anne Conway attractive women attractive, that is surely your right, but you certainly are not in the majority. Most men, I'm sure, would prefer to be with a woman who didn't look like she was going die of starvation at any moment.
