    Gosh do you feel embarrassed for all the monuments your team have defaced and destroyed who also had permits issued by the cities said monument reside in? Will you be calling for the arrest and prosecution of the BLM terrorists who have defaced or destroyed them?

    I've already answered this question: yes. I support the arrest of vandals on all sides. Catch up. This ain't rocket surgery.

    Are you willing to do the same: condemn both the idiots tearing down status and the vandals that are the actual topic of this thread or was this just another desperate smokescreen?

    If they are defacing a public monument, for sure. Was the"mural" a public monument? Or as most cities view it, as temporary artistic displays? I don't see how you can consider a transient art piece to be in the same category, do you? Perhaps you should know the difference.

    What was artful about it? It was just letters. And just a political statement. Nothing more. btw, those two are being charged with a hate crime...for not believing that racism still exists and its a lie. Do you support them being charged with a hate crime?

    So your claim is that I think it is a hate crime . . . because they were charged with a hate crime. Are you under the impression that I'm the one who charged them? I can easily correct that for you: I wasn't the one who charged them. Or did you forget that part.

    I've seen no evidence that would lead me to call it a hate crime.

    If you had the read the entire article you would have seen that a man was arrested for a hate crime for yelling "all lives matter". Think about that for second. Your freedoms are being stripped too.

    His vandalism is being declared a hate crime. There's no such thing as hate crime legislation that punishes speech alone. None of my freedoms are under attack.

    As repulsive as I find the destruction of public art, and as much as I want to throw the book at anyone who does it, a hate crime?

    Those statue topplers are in BIG trouble if this is the new standard of *justice.*
