    No they weren't. Turning Point USA put the graphic on the screen. I doubt anybody from trumps team was ever even consulted.

    The jerring should be on the guys putting the vid together not the announcer or the broadcaster. Of course they should have reviewed the viddy but in the fast paced world of TV that is not always possible.

    Do they ever matter ? Unless its the size of the inauguration crowd. Then they get all bent out of shape . They want satellite pictures. Lol... what a party.

    That clip is over a year old. It was no mistake. They wanted something more sensational than a cloud of smoke in the distance, so they used a totally unrelated clip due to its strong visuals.

    They got caught.

    But let's presume you are right. Are you saying that no news organization ever makes a mistake and that everything they do is intentional? Are you sure you want to take such a position?

    yes they were, they should have noticed that and had it removed before Trump took the stage - mistakes happen

    Trump made a mistake on the hurricane's path... it happens - sad that he could not just admit it and move on

    What a damn goat rodeo. All of us "gun nuts" have seen similar footage from that site and easily identified it. What it tells us is that ABC News has no integrity in news, doesn't know anything about guns, and is only looking to put things in the worst possible light for Trump.

    never said it was, it was a mistaken video, like the mistake presidential seal Trump spoke in front of... mistakes happen

    now if they were called on it and doubled down like Trump and his weather map I would agree with you

    A concern of most is the frequency of these 'mistakes' and the 'Fake News' that goes along with it. If you don't feel Fake News is an issue you can only be a Democrat.
